Coming out on top!

We have had a great season with the experienced crews showing their dominance across all carnivals throughout the season. We had 5 new team members this season and all of them have become good contributors to the team. 4 of them are U23 and all 4 had success at states. This sets us up for ongoing success in the coming years.

The team put a dominant performance on the day which was pleasing.

Over the day we competed in 3 age categories with the following results.

Open points tally

1. Mullaloo 70,
2. Scarboro 46,
3. Fremantle 30.

U23 points tally

1. Scarboro 56,
2. Mullaloo 42,
3. Fremantle 36.

Masters points tally

1. Mullaloo 34,
2. Trigg 13,
3. Scarboro 4.

For an overall tally of

1. Mullaloo 146,
2. Scarboro 106,
3. Fremantle 66.

A dominant day but with areas we know we can get better.

But best of all combined we are now a 7 time State championship team.

Id like to also thank our managers Laurie DeMamiel and Carlo Tenaglia for coordinating the team on carnival days. Running a team of 26 across 49 events in 6 hours is a massive task. Also thanks to all our officials and supporters who have braved some average weather throughout the season to allow us to compete.
