EOI Boaties Leadership Group
Mullaloo boaties, here is your opportunity to be part of the Boaties Leadership Group.
Please complete the Expression of Interest form below before Friday 21 May, 2021, which will then be collated by Cameron Rapley, General Manager Surf Sports.
The Boaties Leadership Group will have a range of roles and responsibilities including:
- encouraging the continual improvement of the Surf Boat Rowing environment
- being the conduit between the Boat Captain (this will be nominated from within the Boatie Leadership Group) – Club Management and sweeps/coaches
- acting as an advocate to Club Management on issues raised by boaties
- input into training/coaching standards and activities
- mentoring other boaties
- being responsible for the maintenance and equipment
- providing budget proposals to Club management
- encouraging fundraising activities.
