2021/22 Surf Sports Awards
With our summer surf season completed it was time to acknowledge some of our dedicated and committed athletes.
With our summer surf season completed it was time to acknowledge some of our dedicated and committed athletes.
As committed and talented as they all are our athletes would not reach their goals and full potential without our equally dedicated group of coaches. The coaches form the cornerstone of our competition at our club and their commitment and passion for surf sports and our athletes is remarkable. Congratulations to all our coaches and thank you for all your efforts throughout the year.
Our competition season also does not function without our officials. At Mullaloo we have a fantastic group of dedicated officials so our thanks and appreciation go to all of them as well for their constant hard work in making our competition season function.
To all our competitors we have had a great season where we have seen an improvement in multiple areas of competition and as our club develops well, we are consistently getting great results in all competitions.
However, the work does not stop there. With planning already in place for a better preseason, improvements to our training plans, and continuing our coaching and competitor development as we aim to continue our successes next year and build for a Mullaloo assault on Aussies 2023. Please keep a lookout through our club news and socials for when these winter training opportunities commence.
Surf Sports does not stop in winter. Best of luck to our IRB team and Pool rescue competitors for their seasons over the winter months.
A big thanks to member Darryl Archer from Ora Foods who kindly donated the delicious food for the afternoon. 👏
