Renewal
If your WWC Check is within 3 months of expiring then you can renew online.
To complete your WWC Online Renewal, you will need
- A Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card for payment (if you don’t have one of these cards, you cannot complete an online application. Please see the WWCC Application process.
- Your current WA Drivers Licence number (if you have one).
- Addresses for the last three places you have lived in the past five years (if not already provided to the WWC Screening Unit).
- The below details.
When completing your renewal you will require the following information:

The online renewal process is only available for two consecutive renewals before you are required to make another application via the Post Office.

Once your renewal has been completed
1. Email the receipt to the Member Protection & Information Officer
2. Email the receipt and your banking details (BSB Account number etc) to Accounts to facilitate the refund of the $11.
3. When you receive your WWC Card ID please take a photo and send it to Member Protection & Information Officer for uploading to your members account with the relevant details used to also update SurfGuard.
