Temporary Employment Opportunity at Mullaloo SLSC

As you may be aware, unfortunately our long servicing Office Administration Officer, Jen Ducasse is leaving the club after seven years to pursue her career further. Jen is leaving her role on Thursday 4 March. To compound this matter, our Office Manager, Karen Oliver has Long Service Leave planned during some of March that she is unable to change.

The Board while it completes its strategic review of our administration functions and works to find a new Administration Officer, will require a  paid employee in a temporary casual capacity. We would like to extend this opportunity to our members and friends or associates of our members.

The details of the role are as follows:

• Role: Administration Officer
• Duties: Including but not limited to office clerical duties as required, answering telephone, data entry, helping our members with enquiries and helping our management team.
• Commencement Date: Tuesday 2 March
• Contract Completion date: Friday 16 April with a possibility for extension
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm
• Hourly Rate: To be negotiated

The club will be seeking a new Administration Officer in a full-time role in due course. When the role is defined, expressions of interests will also be sought.
