Membership Fees for 2025/26
Over the last few years membership fees at MSLSC have remained stable, with no increases. Unfortunately for the coming season, I need to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our club membership fees. This decision has not been made lightly, and we want to be transparent about the reasons behind it.
Why are fees increasing?
- Rising operating costs: Like many community organisations, our club is experiencing increased expenses across utilities, maintenance, equipment, and program delivery.
- Increase in SLSWA membership fees: Surf Life Saving WA has increased their membership registration fees by approximately 18% per category, which significantly impacts our overall costs.
- No Fee Increase in recent years: As is say, our club has maintained the same membership fee structure for several years. During this time, we’ve absorbed increasing costs, but to maintain our standards and services, a fee adjustment is now necessary.
Still Great Value: The fee increases are modest, and even with this adjustment, our membership fees remain comparable to or lower than neighbouring surf lifesaving clubs. We remain committed to offering value for money while delivering a high standard of programs, training, and most importantly, the delivery of lifesaving services to the community.

Discounts apply to individual memberships only. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with patrol rebates.
