It was spooky! It was kooky!
It was Halloween party night.
When we all dressed up scary
And gave our friends a fright!

There was plenty of fun and games to be had at the Nippers Halloween party on Sunday! The fun started straight after a stunning club day with an awesome group of parents turning the lounge into a spooky place. Thanks Team – you did a great job! When the party kicked off later in the afternoon there were all sorts of ghosts, cats, monsters, vampires….the list was endless and imaginative. It’s always good to see families enter into the spirit of things!! The kids made bats out of Oreos, spiders out of lollypops and some ghostly sandwiches. There were games and activities before a grand parade and some fun team games. A highlight was dressing up a team member as a mummy with toilet paper, the kids then did a great job of clearing up the mess they made to the length of the “Ghost Busters’ song. I was so impressed with the manners and the positive vibes from our ghoulish Nippers. It was a thoroughly enjoyable event. Thank you so much to the parents who helped out with the range of different stations. Also to anyone who helped clear away (that’s always the worst bit!) but a special shout out to Jadie and Ceri for sticking it out to the very end!
