U9 Boys in Bunbury

Bunbury country carnival under 9 Mullaloo boys. With a late 9:30 am start perfect flat conditions on a sunny Bunbury back beach, full of stingers and a few dolphins.

The under 9  boys who attended the carnival all were pumped and ready to give their all.

First event; beach sprints all 9 boys did extremely well, on an Undulating track coming down to the final with William Rees snagging , 3 rd and Harper Mountjoy taking out 1 st. The rest of the boys were showing great spirit cheering them on.

Second event; the flags -with a soft track- the boys were in their element, a strong showing by all. Mullaloo filling out 3 OF THE TOP 5 PLACES William Rees finishing 5th, Christian Leeks with 4th and Harper Mountjoy taking out 1st in a rough final. 

With the conditions close to perfect apart from a swarm of stingers hanging around, it was onto boards.

Third event; the boards Mullaloo having a strong showing, but no one making the final.

Final event; being the swim. Pushing through the stingers, Flynn Sneddon took out 4th place, and Jack Lee taking 3rd place IN THE FINAL. Both boys showing great courage.
