Masters

A number of training opportunities whether for fitness, competition or just fun, are available for our Masters – known as the over 30s. With such a variety, there is sure to be something to join!

Want to join in but not sure how, contact our fountain of knowledge and rounder upper – Jenny Orme!

Think you’re too old to get involved, well we have quite a few that would argue … quite strongly against that word “old”.

We have a variety of activities that our masters tackle each week, such as:

  • Ocean Fitness Session – Sunday 7.30am
  • Ski Training – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7am
  • Board Training – Wednesday 5.30am
  • Ocean Swim – Sunday 9am
  • Gym Fitness Session – Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 4.30pm

Our Beach

Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club provides a water safety and rescue ready service to the public.

Surf Sports

Surf Sports provides the opportunity to refine and practice lifesaving skills in competition at local, state, national and international level.
