Meet on the grass in front of the club
MONDAYS @ 5PM 5km run OR 3.5km run
All members are welcome!
- Nipper Board Training for tier 4,5 and 6 which is age groups U10 to U13.
- All parents need to be on the beach at all times in case they are needed to assist with their nipper.
- If you assist with 1 hour water safety, this will be allocated to your patrol hours log.
