Appointment of Auditors
of the MULLALOO SURF LIFE SAVING CLUB to be held in the

Due to changes and growth in the Club’s finances, it is now a requirement for us to conduct a more detailed annual audit to comply with the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission’s requirements. We are now deemed to be a large charity and need to appoint a registered company auditor. Our current auditors, Wealth Creation Accountants have been loyal and professional servants of the Club for many years, for which we sincerely thank them, but they have advised that they are unable to provide the audit that we now require.To comply with the Club’s Constitution we have to call for a Special General Meeting to change our auditors.
We encourage members to attend this short meeting as we will require a quorum of 30 to pass the following resolution:
