TRAINING UPDATE: Board, Ski, Iron

IRON TRAINING: SATURDAY MORNING 8–9am

For com­pe­ti­tion keen U/15s and up, get ready for the new sea­son. Learn from one of the best, coach Andrew Mosel (Mozzie) and if you’re lucky enough you will be joined by some dol­phins too. Great way to get back into train­ing, wet­suit rec­om­mend­ed! Be ready on the beach by 8am and be a part of the team for some fun. See some of the pho­tos from this week below.

BOARD TRAINING SATURDAY MORNING 9–10am

For U14s and Devel­op­ment. Come and get your skills up before the sea­son starts, coached by Sarah, Pete, Mitch and Katie, wet­suit rec­om­mend­ed!

BOARD, SKI, SWIM, RUN and FUN SUNDAY MORNING 8–9am

For U14s and upwards, coached by Mandy Lee, this is a great way to keep fit, come and join in.

BOARD TRAINING FRIDAY EVENING 4:30–5:45pm

For com­pe­ti­tion keen U/15s and up, coached by Eric Fort­mann, meet Eric at the south end of the Trigg carpark ready to start by 16:45.

SKI TRAINING TUESDAY MORNING 5:30–6:30am

For the com­pe­ti­tion, keen Ski pad­dlers, coached by Nick Kane, meet Nick in the Hillarys Mari­na Beach, just south of the old Great Escape, be ready to start at 5:30am.

DEVELOPMENT SKI TRAINING SUNDAY MORNING 8–9:30am

For devel­op­ing Ski pad­dlers keen to learn, coached by Neil Forbes, Jeff Bak­er and oth­ers, meet at the club to load ski trail­er from 7:30am before going to Hillarys Mari­na for an 8am start.

BOARD TRAINING MONDAY EVENING (will start 19th August) 5–6pm

For com­pe­ti­tion keen U/14s and up, coached by Andrew Mosel, arrive at 16:45 ready hit the water at 17:00.
