The Spe­cial Gen­eral Meet­ing was held on Fri­day 23 March as pre­vi­ously advised. The Spe­cial Res­o­lu­tion of chang­ing the con­sti­tu­tion was car­ried by more than three fourths (3/4ths) major­ity vote by mem­bers in atten­dance (ref. 23.2 con­sti­tu­tion).
